Damage or Missing Packages All packages are protected under UPS shipping insurance. You must contact us within 5 business days to file a claim for damaged products. Do not discard any packages. Please photograph the following: - How the package arrived - The contents inside - Each damaged product Keep all materials until your claim is processed.

For missing packages, contact UPS directly to file a claim. We are not liable for packages lost in transit. Please reach out to start a claim.
